Research–Practice Collaboration on Human-Centered AI in Public Services
On May 26, Vilde Elvemo, Stefan Schmager, and Polyxeni Vassilakopoulou presented research on AI-assisted decision-making in public services at the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration (NAV). The presentation included findings from the design and evaluation of an AI-based prototype for NAV caseworkers as part of the AI4Users project.
