Phylicia Babb, PhD Research Fellow at UiA and member of the Human-Centered AI research group visited the Seoul Institute in South Korea as part of her research under the AGORA Project. During the visit, she engaged in insightful discussions with researchers from the Seoul Institute and representatives of the Seoul Metropolitan Government’s Spatial Information Policy Division on the use of metaverse and digital twin technologies in public services. The visit provided valuable perspectives on digital innovation, public sector governance, and the potential of emerging technologies to create societal value.
